Freewebstore only post reviews on the actual product page and for "current" products only. Once a "Bespoke" order has been sold the item is deleted so doesn't show a review – these are often just emailed to me. I intend to publish all (good, moderate & even "ugly") reviews. I may add a response to reviews but only if I feel the review requires more context i.e. 3rd party delivery delays, inaccuracy’s or need some additional explanation / background. I will NOT block / delete any review. I sell items not to become rich just to hopefully provide products that like-minded people appreciate.

Website owner - Michelle had previously purchased a Taster board from another supplier and found that the item was very dark and of poor quality. My challenge was to retain the patina but show the quality of the Oak.

"I was looking for a Whiskey “Flight Tray” and matching coaster as a Christmas gift for a whiskey loving Scottish relative. There are a number of similar items on the market but these hand made ones with their red felt linings are particularly nice quality, well made, are tactile, authentic and beautiful to look at. Made from real whiskey barrel staves. Highly recommended."

Website owner - Shebz wanted a 72mm red Mercedes badge clock making with glow in the dark hands, took a while to get the right arrangement but we got there. The sweeties reference is because I send out a pack of Haribo mini sweets with every order.
